Here at Rounders Wales we are passionate about growing our sport and providing inclusive opportunities to play the game we love!
If this is something that resonates with you, why not consider a role with Rounder Wales. We are always looking to grow our network of Ambassadors, Coaches and Umpires across the country. For more information please see the role profiles below.
Our Ambassadors are the backbone of our organisation. They are responsible for engaging with rounders in their local area by supporting the growth of the sport with schools and other community groups.
If you like being organised and working with people, then this could be the role for you! No experience is needed as we will provide full training and uniform.
Without Umpires we have no game. Each game requires two umpires. They are integral to enabling us to play the sport and keep games fun and fair.
We provide courses during the year for Umpires and offer regular standardisation events to promote clarity of the rules to ensure consistent decision making.
Our coaches run and organise our development days. They are First Aid trained and have a Level 2 Coaching qualification or higher.
If you like helping others achieve their potential, then this could be the role for you. We are also happy to work with individuals that are looking to gaining their Coaching qualification.
